Stress Mangement Quotes by Dr. Zaidi
Keep Shifting your attention away from your head into the Now, in front of you.
Now is Not what is in Your Head, but what is in front of you, in Real.
Keep Your Mind where Your Body is.
Your Mind is Not you. It is just an organ, a tool to function in society.
Realize that we all live in a Conceptual World, created by the Human Mind. In Real, it does not exist at all. In contrast, there is the Real World: What you see, hear, smell, taste and touch.
The Conceptual World is always full of Stress. On the other hand, there is No Stress, whatsoever, in the Real World. Where you want to stay is your Choice.
There is a Conceptual world in your head in the form of the concept of “I”, which is wrapped in layers and layers of Concepts. Then, there is the Conceptual world outside of you, wrapped in layers and layers of Concepts. These two worlds are extensions of each other.
Everything you can think of is a Concept. All that you see on a screen or read or talk about is a concept. Examples: Age is a Concept. Beauty is a Concept. Money is a Concept. Morality is a Concept. Every philosophy is a Concept. The Past is a concept. The Future is a Concept.
Language is the basis of Thinking. We always think in a language. Language is also the basis of Concepts. No Language, no concepts, no thinking. Language is a creation of the human mind. It helps to function in the Conceptual World of humans. Mistakenly, we start to take it for Real.
